He is graduated in Law at the University of São Paulo (1998) and holds a Master of Law degree in Economic and Financial Law at the University of São Paulo (2004). He was Professor of Tax and International Law at the School of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Santo André Foundation between 2003 and 2007. Currently he gives classes of Corporate Law at the Post Graduation Program in Business Law of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (GVLaw) and at in company and Post Graduation Program (MBA) of the FGVManagement (also part of Getúlio Vargas Foundation). As a lawyer, has expertise in Corporate, Contracts, Intellectual Property and Tax Law and accumulates huge experience in national and international company acquisitions, sales and due diligences processes, coordinating due diligence teams and drafting the different agreements involved in such processes. He has also a large experience in drafting corporate agreements and contracts, as well as in planning and executing companies restructuring processes, including that which regards to family-controlled companies and structuring of international companies in Brazil. He has been published in specialist legal, economic and business journals and magazines and attended as a lecturer in many panels on different business events, being fluent in English. He is still a member of the Chamber of Commerce France Brazil  and of the Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (IBRI), where he participates of the technical and sustainability commissions and by means of which he has been involved in many discussions and debates on regulation of the businesses and stock exchange market activities, always focusing on promotion of the best practices for corporate governance and disclosure applicable to publicly traded companies and to closely held corporations.
